As part of the practical classes, students of the Institute of Veterinary Medicine and Biotechnology carried out preventive treatment of animals against vector-borne vectors of infectious diseases with the drug «Ivermek».

In the vivarium of the University, under the guidance of Doctor of Veterinary Sciences, Professor Bahama Bahamaev and Candidate of Veterinary Sciences, Associate Professor Nikolai Gvozdetsky, students conducted antiparasitic treatment in order to prevent arachno-entomoses and nematodes. The drug can prevent nine diseases of cattle and 16 diseases of sheep and goats. Students have consolidated theoretical and practical skills in the administration of drugs that allow to achieve lasting well-being of the epizootic situation.
