Students of the direction of training «Management» undergo practical training in organizations of the Stavropol Territory, as well as outside it — in Cherkessk and Makhachkala.

In total, 32 students are trained in management as part of practical training. Trainees receive new knowledge on the basis of partner enterprises, including the Ministry of Agriculture of the Stavropol Territory, Energomera Concern, EcoCity, Vodokanal, Stavpromkomplekt, Hermes. Heads of organizations note the high level of training and responsibility of students, and most importantly — the desire to develop the competencies of a real leader who can make effective management decisions.

— The profession of a manager imposes very strict requirements. It is large-scale and multifaceted, applicable in various fields. The manager organizes, motivates, controls, coordinates and, if necessary, is ready to replace any of the employees himself.
