An expanded meeting was held at the Stavropol State Agrarian University, dedicated to the results and strategy of youth policy and educational activities development. Representatives of the Department of Youth Policy and Educational Work, the Primary Trade Union Organization of Students, and the student sports club «KOLOS» took part in the discussion.

Over the past academic year, the asset team, which includes 600 students, has implemented 330 events and projects, which were attended by 8,000 unique participants, and the coverage of students by patriotic work was 90%. The university's career guidance activities covered 7.5 thousand people and included ten key projects, including joint initiatives with the Movement of the First.

The creative teams of SSAU have confirmed the high level of skill: The participation of the Agrofac team in the Highest League of KVN, victories at the Russian Student Spring and the Soldier's Envelope festival, three Grand Prix and more than 30 laureates of the regional Studesna. In 2022, the Kolos Student Sports Club held over 70 sports events, trained 50 candidates and 15 masters of sports, and won more than 150 prizes, including international victories. The university's pride is its men's volleyball team, which participated in the Russian Championship among universities under the Ministry of Agriculture, won the B Higher League, and took second place in the national championship.

Grant support for student initiatives increased by 15% and reached 11 million rubles, and more than 300 students became participants and organizers of national and international forums. 

At the meeting, the key growth points for the new academic year were identified: a twofold increase in the number of events, a fourfold increase in the number of preventive events, increased work with prefects and the introduction of thematic curatorial hours, the opening of a project activity school, the launch of a brass band and a theater, the expansion of sports sections, the development of cyberspace, the scaling of the MONOKOLOS project, and the holding of the Fidzhital Festival.

The primary trade union Organization of Students has strengthened its work in dormitories and the student government system by presenting an updated «Asset Camp», which will host the largest dedication of first-year students and activists of the «Movement of the First» in the history of SSAU.

Our university is a space where students can realize themselves in creativity, sports, social activities, project work and patriotic service. The youth policy team demonstrated the highest level of professionalism, initiative, and a comprehensive approach, which are reflected in outstanding results. I am confident that the open dialogue and identified growth points will serve as a reliable guide for creating a modern, flexible, and student-oriented university environment,» said Vladimir Sitnikov, Rector of StGAU.
