The vision and development program of Stavropol State Agrarian University are based on the university’s extensive experience and history, the implementation of development programs of previous periods, educational programs, experience in scientific and technological support for the agro-industrial complex and related industries, the university’s social role in the development of Stavropol Krai, as well as the challenges of technological leadership of the Russian Federation and structural changes in the education model.
