Acceptance of documents from students for participation in the competitive selection for training in the additional professional retraining program «Farmer's School: organization and functioning of peasant (farm) farms» within the framework of the educational project «Farmer's School» began on August 18, 2025. 

Heads and members of peasant (farming) farms, individual entrepreneurs working in the agricultural sector are invited to participate in the project. Citizens who run or plan to run a personal subsidiary farm can also submit documents. All participants in the training must already have or receive secondary vocational and/or higher education.  

An innovation of the project this year was its accessibility for veterans of the SVO and their family members. Many of them are now choosing the agricultural sector for their future activities and plan to work in the agricultural sector. There are benefits for this category of citizens: they enroll in the training without entrance tests.

 The Farmer's School is a unique educational project of the Russian Agricultural Bank (RSHB), which has been helping novice and existing farmers to competently develop their business in the agro–industrial complex for 5 years. The training will traditionally take place at the Stavropol State Agrarian University under the auspices of the regional Government and the Ministry of Agriculture of the region. Students of the new stream will be able to gain valuable theoretical knowledge and work it out at the production sites of the region's leading agricultural enterprises, improve their skills and exchange experiences from September 23 to December 12, 2025.

Applications are accepted until September 5, 2025. The decision on the enrollment of students will be made by the organizing committee on September 10, 2025.
