During this course, students learn:

implement modern technologies in the processing of livestock products;

assess the quality of agricultural products, taking into account biochemical indicators, and choose the best way to store and process them;

statistically process the results of experiments, draw conclusions and formulate proposals for improving performance;

use specialized equipment for processing agricultural raw materials.
