The electronic scientific and practical peer-reviewed open access journal of Stavropol State Agrarian University «Research on Problems of Economics and Finance» was included in the list of scientific publications reviewed by the Higher Attestation Commission under the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation.

The journal «Research in Economics and Finance» publishes original theoretical, analytical, research and review articles reflecting the results of fundamental and applied research in the field of economics and finance. 

Since December 19, 2023, the journal has been registered in the list of the Higher Attestation Commission of peer-reviewed scientific publications in which the results of dissertations for the degree of Candidate of Sciences and the degree of Doctor of Sciences in economic sciences should be published 5.2.3. Regional and sectoral economics, specialization «Regional Economics», «Economics of the agro-industrial complex (AIC)», «Economics of the service sector», «Accounting, auditing and economic statistics», «Economic security» and 5.2.4. Finance.

The publication of articles in the journal Economic and Financial Research is free of charge. Articles are accepted in Russian and English. The journal follows the policy of open access to publications, all the contents of the journal are available to users for free. The magazine is published on the website elibrary.ru, is included in the RSCI citation index and the international open access database DOAJ (Directory of Open Access Journals — Catalog of Open Access journals).
