Stavropol State Agrarian University has completed the advanced training program «Innovative approaches in brewing: raw materials, equipment, marketing». The event was attended by 16 managers and technologists of seven breweries in the region, who discussed modern methods of using raw materials and equipment for the production of high-quality products.
Highlights of the program:
· Combining theory and practice. Associate professors of the Department of Horticulture and Processing of plant raw materials Elena Romanenko and Vladimir Miltyusov spoke about the state of brewing, the possibilities of digitizing processes and innovative developments of scientists.
· Exchange of experience in organizing sales and attracting customers. Sales specialists Dmitry Panfilov and Daria Goncharenko shared their knowledge about marketing.
· The use of remote technologies. Lecturers from Moscow, Saratov and Krasnodar, including Sergey Kashuba, chief technologist of the Saratov Brewery, and Denis Mitenko, cider production specialist from Sigma Trade, spoke about modern additives, equipment and product range expansion.
· Practical classes were held on the basis of Petrovich Private Brewery LLC, where participants gained real-world experience in modern production.
The training was organized by the Institutes of Additional Professional Education, as well as Agrobiology and Natural Resources.
