The Ministry of Finance of the Stavropol Territory, together with the Department of Banking of the Stavropol State Agricultural University, held an educational and entertainment game «What? Where? When? in the world of finance» for students of non-economic specialties of universities of the Stavropol Territory.

The opening ceremony of the educational and entertainment game was attended by regional coordinator of the regional program on financial literacy Nadezhda Gerasimenko, head of the museum of the Ministry of Finance, expert Alexey Veremiev, Chief economist of the Stavropol Territory Department of the Southern Main Directorate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation Vitaly Koshelev.

The teams of Stavropol State Agrarian University, Stavropol State Medical University, Stavropol Branch of Moscow Pedagogical State University, Stavropol branch of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration, North Caucasus Federal University, branch of the Russian Technological University, Stavropol Technological Institute of Service, North Caucasus Social Institute met on the site of Stavropol State Agrarian University.

Participants were offered three rounds of intellectual tests, including questions and tasks on key aspects of financial literacy: insurance, loans, savings and investments, rules for using plastic cards, taxation and consumer protection. Applying his financial knowledge, logic, ingenuity, as well as strategic thinking, it was necessary to answer as many questions correctly as possible.

According to the results of all competitions, the winner of the intellectual game «What? Where? When?» became the team of the Institute of the Higher School of Creative Industries of the Service direction of the North Caucasus Federal University. The team of Stavropol State Medical University took the silver podium. The third place went to the team of the Humanitarian Institute of the direction «Advertising and Public Relations» of the North Caucasus Federal University.
