A specialized training ground will be opened on the basis of the Stavropol State Agrarian University.

The dispatch center will become one of the components of the new laboratory «Remote Monitoring System». The work on its creation is carried out within the framework of the Priority 2030 program together with the strategic partner of the university — the Autotreker company. 

The launch of a new educational and practical laboratory will significantly expand the competencies of students of the Faculty of Engineering and Technology. With its help, future mechanical engineers will gain the necessary skills in the operation and maintenance of digital sensors that control the operating modes of agricultural machinery and equipment. 

The presence of such equipment allows remote monitoring of the trajectory of machinery, serviceability of mechanisms, fuel and lubricants consumption and analyzing the information obtained to optimize processes in agribusiness. Employees of dispatching services are engaged in this work in high-tech enterprises of the agro-industrial complex. 

— We have fully equipped our own fleet of agricultural machines with digital sensors, which is used in the educational and experimental economy of the university, and now we are engaged in the arrangement of a dispatch center with special software that will allow us to track a whole range of necessary indicators of the effectiveness of organizational work in the fields, — said the rector of the SSAU Vladimir Sitnikov.

In addition to training students on the basis of the new laboratory, it is planned to conduct advanced training courses for existing employees of the enterprises of the agro-industrial complex of the North Caucasus Federal District. The opening of the laboratory «Remote Monitoring Systems» will take place already in the 2023-2024 academic year.
