An important meeting of the winners of the Agro-Industrial Complex Leaders competition with Oksana Lut, Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, took place in Moscow. Among the participants are leading representatives of business, science and education, including Vladimir Artemovich Avakyan, Deputy Vice—Rector for Research and Strategic Development at SSAU. This meeting became a significant event because they discussed key areas of development of the agro-industrial complex, such as digitalization, import substitution, investment support and rural tourism development. Special attention was paid to the implementation of scientific achievements in practice, which underlines the importance of the scientific and educational component for the sustainable growth of the industry.
