Olga Grudina, an associate professor at Stavropol State Agrarian University, and Olga Zvyagintseva, a researcher at the Institute of Agricultural Research of the Higher School of Economics and StGAU, presented a study on rural development management at an international conference in Delhi.

Using the example of the Stavropol and Krasnodar Territories, scientists were able to establish how villagers relate to the definition and observance of rules for the use of publicly available resources (including water resources, pastures, garbage sites). In addition, they touched upon the topic of the participation of residents in the development of their village or village, found out how ready people are for this. The joint study aroused genuine interest from the world scientific community — the application of the chosen concept on the example of rural residents has not been carried out before.
