For students of the direction «Technology of production and processing of agricultural products», a field lesson was held at the dairy farm «Harvest» and the cheese factory «Egorlyk milk» in the station of the Egorlyk Rostov region.

Director of the dairy farm Dmitry Piskun told the students about the technology of milk production, maintenance, feeding and milking of animals. Special attention was paid to the organization of automated accounting of health and productivity indicators, which allows timely identification of problems and taking measures to eliminate them. The director of the cheese factory, Egor Khokhulya, showed and commented on the cheese production process, and also gave the students a tasting of the finished products. 

— Today the company is interested in young specialists, including students and graduates of Stavropol Agrarian University.
