Students of the direction «Technology of production and processing of agricultural products» took part in the All-Russian forum «Bread Compass Russia 2024».

The Forum provided participants with a unique opportunity not only to learn about current trends in the bakery and confectionery industry, but also to actively engage in the process of mastering them. The students did not limit themselves to passive observation: they actively participated in discussions, asked questions to specialists, offered their ideas during discussions and participated in professional tasting. This interaction allowed them to gain a deeper understanding of the real challenges of the industry and how to solve them in practice.

Special attention was paid at the forum to the issues of sustainable production and product quality improvement. Students actively participated in the discussion of key topics such as product range expansion, waste minimization and efficient use of resources, offered their solutions for updating the raw material base in bakery based on the knowledge gained at the university. This approach allowed students to gain a deeper understanding of the importance of sustainable production and its impact on the future of the agro-industrial complex.
