Students of Stavropol State Agrarian University Elizaveta Lysenko and Ilya Veretennikov became the winners of the competitive selection of regional children's and youth initiatives in the Stavropol Territory. Their projects have received support and will be implemented in the region in the near future.

Elizaveta Lysenko presented the patriotic project «Women of Victory», dedicated to the role of women during the Great Patriotic War, during the special military operation, as well as the importance of women in the lives of military families. As part of the project, it is planned to work on alternative venues, hold concerts and historical reports for schoolchildren and students.

Ilya Veretennikov became the author of the community-forming complex «Shagai, Stavropol», a project aimed at involving young people in tourism activities. The initiative is based on the peer-to-peer educational model, in which young people independently organize hiking trips and teach their peers.

The victory of SSAU students is a vivid example of how initiative, social responsibility and support of young leaders help translate important ideas into real projects useful for the development of the region.
