— The key task set by the Governor and the federal center is high—quality training of specialists in the field of agriculture. And enhanced cooperation with the Minsk Tractor Plant is a new point of growth, which makes it possible to tighten the competencies and broaden the horizons of students,» said Vladimir Sitnikov, Rector of the State State Agrarian University.
The first group of 8 students should go to practice in the spring of 2024.

For reference:
Since 2021, the MTZ educational, Scientific and production center has been operating on the basis of the StGAU, launched jointly with JSC Minsk Tractor Plant and TD MTZ-Stavropol LLC. The center consists of 6 educational, production and research laboratories. The center was equipped with a virtual simulator simulator «MTZ-1221 tractor cabin», which allows you to simulate various technological operations with calculations of violations.
The inclusion of laboratory work on MTZ tractor mechanisms in the training program allows students to obtain the necessary theoretical and practical basis for studying special disciplines, acquiring skills and abilities in designing, operating and maintaining the main components and mechanisms of tractors and other complex agricultural machines that are necessary in the professional activities of engineers.
