As part of the projects of the Charitable Foundation «Sistema», internships for students of agricultural and technical colleges and universities were held in the Agroholding «STEPPE».
Internships are aimed at introducing young people to potential employers and providing an opportunity to gain their first professional experience. Students and graduates from Moscow and St. Petersburg, Moscow, Amur, Oryol, Rostov regions, Krasnodar and Stavropol Territories have been trained at the Step Agroholding. Nikita Makarov, a student from the SSAU, took part.
The trainees attended lectures, excursions and field trips. The project also included a demonstration of the technology, research and practical tasks, and communication with experienced mentors. Students who will be among the winners of the second Scholarship program «Sistema» will also receive financial and informational support.
