The conference was attended by more than two hundred scientists and experts from Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Iran and other countries. The agenda included topical issues of the agro-industrial complex, such as the use of regional breed resources and the genetic potential of farm animals and poultry, processing of livestock products and ensuring food security.

Within the framework of the conference, an international review competition of the best innovative developments was held, which was attended by representatives of higher educational institutions and commodity producers of the region. Teachers and students of the Department of Technology of production and processing of agricultural products of the SSAU presented scientific developments awarded with Diplomas of the 1st degree:

food products of a preventive orientation using bioactive components of secondary raw materials of animal origin;

the line of fermented dairy products «Beta-One» of functional orientation;

the technology of a refreshing drink based on serum for therapeutic and preventive nutrition.
