Traditional dishes of New Year's cuisine from different countries were prepared in the kitchen of the Agricultural University


On December 29, 2022, in the kitchen of the Stavropol State Agrarian University, Russian and foreign students prepared traditional New Year's dishes and shared the secrets of culinary skills with each other.

An open master class on cooking New Year's traditional dishes from Afghanistan, Morocco, Egypt and Russia was held at the Faculty of Socio-Cultural Service and Tourism of the University. All participants were able to participate in the process of cooking and tasting dishes.

The Russian students prepared, of course, Olivier salad. Foreign students spoke about their New Year traditions and presented their national dishes. Afghanistan - "kabuli", Morocco - "tagine with chicken". Egypt - "koshari".
