Attracting world-class speakers to non-formal education will significantly expand the horizons and «pump up» the leadership qualities of future specialists.

    Stavropol State Agrarian University has launched a new educational program «Success Story». Its key task is the development of personal competencies among students of various courses. The Success Story presents a series of trainings from leading Russian speakers in the field of business, business communications, entrepreneurship, technology and other strategic areas. During meetings with students, experts give lectures, share their own experiences and give useful advice. 

 — As the rector, I am concerned about the success of our students outside the university — after graduation. And I am sure that success will largely be determined by the development of leadership skills. Therefore, during the academic year we will invite leading experts who can form non—standard thinking and non-standard approaches in students,» commented Vladimir Sitnikov, Rector of the SSAU.

    The training cycle will be held at the university in a monthly format. The first invited expert was Vladimir Pirozhkov, futurologist, director of the Center for Design and Innovation «Kinetics» of NUST MISIS, industrial designer, corresponding member of the Academy of Arts.
