In the course of the work, together with experts, a comprehensive analysis of the university's performance was carried out and promising areas of development were identified through the prism of the strategic objectives of the Priority 2030 program.

In the format of a cross—assessment, SSAU staff and university representatives analyzed key areas — the university model and strategic goals, management of the development program and team, strategic technological projects: technologies for horticulture and nursery breeding, management of breeding resources in cattle breeding, and the personnel training system.

In the shortest possible time of the session, a draft roadmap for the short- and medium-term development of the university was built. The solutions developed are practical and implementable.
