The Stavropol State Agrarian University hosted the All-Russian Corporate Finance Championship, organized by the Department of Finance and Credit of the Institute of Economics, Finance and Management in Agriculture.

In total, seven teams from six Russian universities took part in the game — the teams of Stavropol State Agrarian University and North Caucasus Federal University, Ufa University of Science and Technology, Pyatigorsk State University, Volgograd State Agrarian University, Kuban State Agrarian University named after I.T. Trublin. The invited expert of the championship is the head of the development team simuluzator.com Peter Tutaev.

The competition was conducted using a computer business simulator «Corporate Management». The computer simulator allowed the participants to play the role of representatives of their future profession. This format of the game involved four rounds, the duration of each is equal to six months of the corporation's activity, after each round the teams were compared according to a single rating.

The following teams have built the most effective strategy for the company's development and scored the maximum number of points:

1st place — team of Pyatigorsk State University, head of the team, Associate Professor of Innovation, Marketing and Advertising, Valentina Medvedeva;

The 2nd place was shared by two teams from Stavropol State University, led by Irina Glotova, Head of the Department of Finance and Credit, and Associate Professor Elena Tomilina.;

3rd place — the team of Ufa University of Science and Technology, head of the Department of Financial and Tax Regulation Luza Baiguzina.
