In the region, the project is being implemented with the support of the Government and the Duma of the Stavropol Territory, the Regional Ministry of Agriculture, Stavropol State Agrarian University, and leading companies in the region's large business segment.

The Farmer's School is an educational project aimed at increasing professionalism in the agro–industrial complex. 40 entrepreneurs participated in the 7th wave of the project, 10 of them were participants in a Special military operation. An innovation of the project this year was its accessibility for veterans of the SVO and their family members. Many of them are now choosing the agricultural sector for their future activities and plan to work in the agricultural sector. During the training, students acquire theoretical training, study the legal aspects of farming, financial business models, marketing fundamentals, get acquainted with the latest agricultural technologies, undergo training at leading enterprises in the industry, and learn how to cooperate with large holdings. Every year we note that the level of students is getting higher and higher, people come for knowledge, new experience and advanced training,» the agrarians note.

For reference: In 2020, the Stavropol Territory was one of the pioneers of the project, along with the Novosibirsk and Moscow regions, as well as Bashkortostan.
