Students of the Institute of Vocational Education and Training in the specialties of «Hospitality», «Tourism and hospitality» and «Cooking and confectionery» met with representatives of the «White Rabbit Family».

The White Rabbit Family (WRF) is a restaurant group that includes more than 30 restaurants in Russia and abroad. The flagship institution of the alliance, the White Rabbit restaurant, has been included in the international Top 50 best restaurants in the world since 2015. The main principles of the company are trust, cooperation, the development of gastronomy, the ability to conduct business, the uniqueness of projects and teams.

The head of the HR department, Daria Borozdenko, spoke about the success story of the company and its activities, the development of the hospitality industry and employment opportunities. Elizaveta Evsyukova, the manager of the Italian restaurant Luciano, talked about the internship and internship opportunities for future specialists, as well as the prospects for professional growth within the company.

During the meeting, the chef of the Luciano restaurant (WRF) Alexander Kucheryavenko held a master class on cooking specialties: Black Sea mussels in gorgonzola sauce, halibut fillet with smoked tomatoes and olives, risotto with apricot and spinach. The students prepared the dishes under the guidance of a professional, receiving valuable advice and recommendations.
