At the end of August, the Stavropol State Agrarian University traditionally hosts the training of tutors and mentors for first–year students.

The tutor corps unites active and responsible students from all institutes and faculties of the university. They become mentors, friends, and guides in the student life of freshmen.

This year, the educational course brought together almost 200 tutors. The training took place over two days. The activists got acquainted with modern practices and real-world cases, participated in workshops and lectures on team building, building relationships in a group, and communicating with first-year students of higher education and secondary vocational education.
