An expanded meeting of the Academic Council with the participation of the entire staff of Stavropol State Agrarian University was held in the University's assembly hall.

During the presentations, relevant vice-rectors, directors of institutes, heads of departments, heads of educational programs and teachers presented an in-depth analysis of the systematic work on the transformation of the educational policy model, the introduction of new tools for the work of the teaching staff, the development of science, strengthening the financial and infrastructural base of the university. A comprehensive critical assessment was given to areas in need of improvement, including the formation of a talent pool of scientific and pedagogical staff, increasing the attractiveness of a career for young people in the scientific community and expanding internal measures to support the team.

Special attention was paid to the implementation of state programs and federal projects, such as Priority 2030, Professionalism, and Personnel in Agriculture. One of the central topics was the work of the world-class scientific center «Agroengineering of the Future» as part of a consortium with US and DSTU.
