Stavropol State Agrarian University was visited by a delegation of Belgorod Agrarian University headed by Rector Stanislav Aleynik.

During the visit, the guests visited the nursery and the Center for Agrobiotechnology, organized on the basis of the new Institute of Agricultural Genetics and Breeding. The center includes seven unique laboratories, which allows performing more than 300 studies using advanced techniques and technologies. StGAU scientists also told their colleagues about the launch of the Agroclasses project in Stavropol and discussed the development of university practices and the academic environment in general.

— Such meetings always have a positive effect — a look from the outside, like a breath of fresh air, pushes you to rethink everyday things and generate new ideas. We will continue our cooperation with BelGAU in order to jointly modernize the sectoral educational model and saturate the agro—industrial complex with highly qualified personnel,» said Vladimir Sitnikov, Rector of StGAU.
