The grand final of the competition of intelligence, creativity and sports «Young faces of the country 2023» took place in Stavropol. The main objective of the All—Russian event is to preserve the culture and customs of the peoples of Russia, as well as to promote a healthy lifestyle, creativity and establish links between the country's youth.

For five days, the participants went through a rich competitive program, represented their cities, and proved their right to titles and crowns. Stavropol Territory was represented by Salih Makitryuk, a student of Stavropol State Agrarian University, and Arina Shatobina, a student of NCFU. 

According to the estimates of the competent jury, Salih Makitryuk won the title of Vice-Mr. Student of Russia. 

 — Salih dances in the Bars folk ensemble, is engaged in educational work at the Faculty of Electric Power Engineering and is an excellent student. What can I say — a talented person is talented in everything! This is a vivid example of how to combine study and active student life. I am sure that such guys make not only in-demand specialists, but also successful managers, ambitious and ready to work for the benefit of their small homeland,» said Vladimir Sitnikov, Rector of the SSAU

The final stage of the competition «Young Faces of the country 2023» was held with the support of the Stavropol government and Governor Vladimir Vladimirova.
