Nikita Strelkov and Ekaterina Dubovich, students of the Institute of Economics, Finance and Management in the Agroindustrial Complex, led by Yulia Sizon, Associate Professor of Finance and Credit, became winners of the International Insurance Olympiad. 

The Olympiad is organized by Sberbank Insurance Broker LLC. The co-organizer of the Olympiad, who provides scientific and methodological support for the event, is the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation. The Olympiad is supported by leading Russian insurance companies. The Olympiad was attended by students of Russian and foreign universities studying in various programs, as well as graduates of organizations of higher and secondary vocational education.

The objectives of the International Insurance Olympiad are to expand the range of competencies, increase interest in selected professional and scientific activities in the field of insurance, as well as create conditions for identifying gifted and talented students, promote their professional self—determination and apply the acquired knowledge to the current realities of the insurance market, and enhance insurance culture.

The Olympiad was held in two rounds. SSAU students successfully completed the tasks and demonstrated high results both in writing scientific and practical essays and in passing the second round.
