The exhibition complex «Minvodyexpo» hosted an exhibition of technologies for growing, storing and marketing fruit and berry products, organized by the company «PRO-apple».

The participants visited the exposition on an area of more than 20 thousand square meters and took part in conferences, seminars and master classes from leading experts and scientists from Russia and other countries of the world.

Traditionally, the Stavropol State Agrarian University's stand functions at the exhibition, which presents the scientific achievements of scientists from the Scientific and Production Center for Nursery Breeding. The university's scientists also took part in the section «Personnel decide everything», an open dialogue between representatives of business and educational institutions. The discussion touched upon the problems and prospects of agricultural education in horticulture.

The scientific competition «Innovations in horticulture» was held as part of the exhibition. Ssau students' research reached the finals and earned a prize of 50 thousand rubles. The award was presented personally by Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation Andrey Razin.
