Teachers of the basic Department of Machinery and Technologies of the agricultural complex of SSAU conducted a field practical lesson for students of the 4th year of the Agroengineering training course.

KPC Stavropolstroyoptorg specializes in the supply, maintenance and technical support of modern agricultural machinery and is the official dealer of the Rostselmash plant. Students had a unique opportunity not only to get acquainted with the theoretical aspects of the disciplines «Harvesting machinery», «Storage and corrosion protection of machinery», «Precision farming machinery and equipment» and «Industrial operation», but also to see how this knowledge is applied in practice.

During the lesson, special attention was paid to the issues of technical operation of combine harvesters, the study of the design features of components and assemblies, as well as modern diagnostic and monitoring technologies for machines. The students got acquainted with innovative navigation systems used in the agricultural sector and received detailed explanations on the issues of equipment maintenance in agricultural production. The company's employees shared their experiences, demonstrated the latest technology and answered numerous questions from students regarding both technical aspects and employment prospects in the industry.
