As part of the implementation of the federal project «Personnel in the Agroindustrial Complex», the Stavropol State Agrarian University is holding a competition to select projects in the field of the agro-industrial complex.

The competition is held in order to increase the human resources potential of enterprises of the agro-industrial complex of the Stavropol Territory. Applications for the implementation of projects in the field of the agro-industrial complex are accepted from business entities: individual entrepreneurs or legal entities, regardless of their organizational and legal form.

The project in the field of agriculture provides for research, development and (or) technological work carried out by educational organizations (scientific organizations) on a contractual (contractual) basis for the needs of business entities in order to advance technological modernization and innovative development of the agro-industrial complex.

Since staffing is the key to achieving national goals in the field of agriculture, starting in 2025, subsidies are provided to business entities to reimburse the costs incurred: up to 90% of payments to scientific and pedagogical workers participating in key scientific projects in the agro-industrial complex (up to 40 thousand rubles per month).

Stages of the competition:

Applications are accepted from July 11, 2025 to July 15, 2025 from 08:30 to 17:30 (Moscow time);

Consideration of applications: from July 16, 2025 to July 18, 2025 until 16:00 (Moscow time);

Meeting of the competition committee: July 21, 2025, 15:00 (Moscow time).
