Stavropol State Agrarian University and the Resource Group of Agricultural Enterprises are strengthening cooperation in the field of personnel training for the agricultural sector. On January 23, the holding's delegation visited Stavropol University.
At the meeting, the parties summed up the interim results of the implementation of the roadmap for cooperation and outlined further growth points in both the educational, scientific and industrial spheres. In addition, Anastasia Nauruzova, a graduate of SSAU, HR Director of the Resource GAP, gave an open lecture on the prospects of joint work in foreign economic activity for students of the Institute of Economics, Finance and Management in the Agro-Industrial Complex studying under a joint program with MGIMO.
The scientific potential of Stavropol State Agrarian University in poultry farming, the development of engineering solutions for agricultural enterprises, as well as the results of research and development obtained within the framework of the strategic project of the university «Breeding and genetics of cattle», in the future can be applied in joint research and development
for enterprises of the GAP «Resource».
The focus remains on staff rotation and the development of higher education and secondary vocational education based on the integration of science and production. So, in 2024, with the sponsorship of the GAP Resource, the Institute of Veterinary Medicine and Biotechnology of SSAU underwent major repairs to public spaces for creative and independent work of students.
At the moment, the university is actively working on the formation of personnel for the company — students systematically go to practice in the divisions of the GAP «Resource», and leading specialists of enterprises conduct practice-oriented classes directly on their sites. The university is ready to develop corporate educational programs at the request of a strategic partner, covering higher, secondary vocational education and the field of additional education.
«In cooperation with such a high-tech partner as GAP Resurs, we are more focused on results than ever. The effective exchange of relevant practical knowledge and joint projects allow us to deepen the training of specialists, and, as a result, strengthen the personnel reserve of the agro–industrial complex of our country, thereby contributing to the achievement of the objectives of the national project „Technological Food Security,“ said Vladimir Sitnikov, Rector of SSAU.
«At the moment, our Company's cooperation with Stavropol State Agrarian University is very productive. The project allows GAP Resurs to effectively replenish its ranks with professionals already from the student's bench. As a graduate of SSAU, I am particularly pleased to be directly involved in these processes, providing young professionals with opportunities for employment, self-realization and development. I am sure that our cooperation will continue to gain momentum and contribute to the improvement of personnel policy in the field of agriculture at the federal level,» said Anastasia Nauruzova, HR Director at Resurs.
