Teachers of the Department of State and Municipal Administration and Law have been trained to study the practical experience of applying the principles, approaches and requirements of project activities to the system of state and municipal Management on the basis of the Department for Project Activities of the Government of the Stavropol Territory.

As part of the internship, the staff of the department got acquainted with the main areas of Management activities, practical aspects of the development of project culture and project competencies of employees of executive bodies and local self-government bodies of municipalities of the Stavropol Territory, as well as changes in qualification requirements for state and municipal employees in connection with the introduction of project management practice in the Stavropol Territory.

During the internship in the Department for Project Support of the Government of the Stavropol Territory, the trainees got acquainted with the procedure for initiating, approving, implementing, monitoring, managing risks and completing projects in the Stavropol Territory, the experience of implementing regional projects in the executive bodies of the Stavropol Territory and local self-government bodies of municipalities of the Stavropol Territory was studied.

— In the conditions of increased requirements to the level of training of a university teacher, the internship was practice-oriented. Its result can become the basis for updating the work programs of disciplines or practices, additional professional programs, methodological support for them, improving the methods of conducting classes, and will also strengthen the practical orientation of teaching, — said the head of the department Nadezhda Miroshnichenko.
