According to the tradition, on the eve of the Day of Russia, the Governor of the Stavropol Territory, Vladimir Vladimirovich Vladimirov, presented state and regional awards to Stavropol citizens - representatives of various sectors of the economy and social sphere, to authoritative figures of science, art and culture, to the region's publics. Among the awarded are two employees of the Stavropol State Agrarian University.

Vera Viktorovna Lukyanova, Public Relations Manager of the Sociological Research and Marketing Department of the Stavropol SAU for coordinating the participation of the University in the Government of the Russian Federation competition in the field of quality and introducing high-performance methods of quality management, was awarded with the medal "For Valiant Labor".
