Optimized by the scientists of the Faculty of Technological Management of SSAU, the technological and feed program allows to receive broiler meat that meets the requirements of the prospective market "FoodNet" for the economy of the Stavropol Territory.
The second experiment has been completed. It was conducted by Maria Barsukova, a post-graduate student of the 1st year of the Department of Private Zootechnology, Breeding and Breeding together with her scientific adviser - the famous Stavropol poultry farmer, Doctor of Agricultural Sciences, Professor Elena Epimakhova. In the focus of the university research is the development of technology for the integrated use of biopharmaceuticals for forage and zoogiginic purposes while broiler growing. The experimental technology is designed to perform a biodegradation of the litter and reduce the release of ammonia into the air and nitrogen.
With a comprehensive assessment of the meat qualities of the broiler chickens "Cobb-500" according to the methods of the FNC "VNITIP" RAS, master classes were held on anatomical cutting of carcasses and tasting of broiler meat. In the assessment took part the head of the department of technology of production and processing of agricultural products, Professor Olga Sycheva and Associate Professor Irina Trubina, as well as students of the Faculty of Technological Management (profiles "Zootechny" and "Technology of production and processing of agricultural products.")
